We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even went out of their way to accommodate our request for a parking spot in the basement due to my foot pain. The amenities provided were top-notch, with a beautiful terrace and spa facilities that added to the luxurious experience. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast served each morning. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Convenient Location: The hotel was in a great location, close to both the city center and the train station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and also for day trips using the public transport.

This made the mornings quite noisy, especially when we were trying to relax and sleep in. It would have been better if the hotel had informed us about this beforehand.

The location was perfect, with all the major tourist spots and a fantastic shopping and restaurant street just a short walk away. The convenience of having a small parking garage underneath the hotel was also a great bonus, especially if you were lucky enough to find a spot. the hotel offered a good Austrian breakfast with a variety of options like fresh bread, fruits, and cheeses.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment, as they appeared worn down and outdated. The furniture had noticeable scratches and the walls could use some touch-ups.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at NH Salzburg. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The room was immaculate and the lobby bar had a great atmosphere. The breakfast had a fantastic selection and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town center. Plus, the reception staff were so helpful in organizing a birthday surprise and giving us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. We couldn't fault the hotel in any way.

The location of Nh Collection Salzburg City was perfect, nestled in a quiet area surrounded by trees. We loved that it was close to a supermarket and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and there were many interesting places to visit nearby.
